Very quick to tell you if there's something coming up that needs replacing or cleaning etc even if it's just a heads up so you know there's something that needs doing months from the time. Courtesy cars available and they are also flexible around drop off/pick up times.

I’ve gone to Brad Ward Motors on and off over the years, and they’ve always been great, honest, reliable mechanics. I haven’t always been in the financial position to service my car regularly and do what’s needed at the time, I often feel very anxious about the cost, but whenever I’ve taken my car in, I’ve felt reassured and well looked after. The team are understanding, never push unnecessary work, and seem genuinely trustworthy. I’m not entirely sure how their prices compare, but It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days, definitely a business worth supporting!

If your automatic is shifting roughly, slipping or hesitating, get it checked in Henderson early, because the transmission is one of the most complex and expensive parts of your car. Whether you drive a traditional automatic or one of the CVT gearboxes common in many modern Japanese cars, keeping the fluid fresh and catching problems early is what keeps it healthy and avoids the kind of repair bill that ruins your month. The old idea that auto fluid is fill-for-life does not hold up well in the real world, and regular changes genuinely extend transmission life.
