I’ve gone to Brad Ward Motors on and off over the years, and they’ve always been great, honest, reliable mechanics. I haven’t always been in the financial position to service my car regularly and do what’s needed at the time, I often feel very anxious about the cost, but whenever I’ve taken my car in, I’ve felt reassured and well looked after. The team are understanding, never push unnecessary work, and seem genuinely trustworthy. I’m not entirely sure how their prices compare, but It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days, definitely a business worth supporting!

Very quick to tell you if there's something coming up that needs replacing or cleaning etc even if it's just a heads up so you know there's something that needs doing months from the time. Courtesy cars available and they are also flexible around drop off/pick up times.

About 16 minutes from Kumeu down SH16, the Northwestern Motorway, into Henderson.
Kumeu is the heart of Auckland's northwest wine country - vineyards, lifestyle blocks, and rural roads spreading out around the township - and it is about sixteen minutes down SH16, the Northwestern Motorway, to our Moselle Ave workshop. That is a longer trip than our close-in suburbs, and we know Kumeu drivers have options closer to home, so we earn the run with honest pricing, straight talk, and work done properly the first time.
