Just had my vehicle serviced and warranted. Also restored my very yellow headlights that another place had told me were to far gone. Even fixed a couple of smaller things that needed doing to save them getting worse over time. Fantastic job all round. Good price as well. Thank you.

I’ve gone to Brad Ward Motors on and off over the years, and they’ve always been great, honest, reliable mechanics. I haven’t always been in the financial position to service my car regularly and do what’s needed at the time, I often feel very anxious about the cost, but whenever I’ve taken my car in, I’ve felt reassured and well looked after. The team are understanding, never push unnecessary work, and seem genuinely trustworthy. I’m not entirely sure how their prices compare, but It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days, definitely a business worth supporting!

Royal Heights is the quiet residential pocket up off Royal Road near Massey and Westgate, and it is only about seven minutes to our Moselle Ave workshop via Royal Road and Don Buck Road. For Royal Heights, that makes us a genuinely close local option - a short, familiar run into Henderson rather than a drive across town. Royal Heights is a settled, down-to-earth West Auckland neighbourhood of family homes on the streets climbing off Royal Road, close to the shops and amenities at Westgate and the Massey town centre.
The cars we see from Royal Heights reflect a steady residential suburb: family vehicles, commuter hatchbacks, and plenty of dependable older cars that just need to keep running reliably.
