Brad is a fantastic guy to deal with. Have had our car in their multiple times and is always up front and honest and unlike most other workshops he actually cares about the state your car leaves in and is not solely focused on money. Couldn't reccomend these guys enough!

Very quick to tell you if there's something coming up that needs replacing or cleaning etc even if it's just a heads up so you know there's something that needs doing months from the time. Courtesy cars available and they are also flexible around drop off/pick up times.

Just had my vehicle serviced and warranted. Also restored my very yellow headlights that another place had told me were to far gone. Even fixed a couple of smaller things that needed doing to save them getting worse over time. Fantastic job all round. Good price as well. Thank you.
I’ve gone to Brad Ward Motors on and off over the years, and they’ve always been great, honest, reliable mechanics. I haven’t always been in the financial position to service my car regularly and do what’s needed at the time, I often feel very anxious about the cost, but whenever I’ve taken my car in, I’ve felt reassured and well looked after. The team are understanding, never push unnecessary work, and seem genuinely trustworthy. I’m not entirely sure how their prices compare, but It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days, definitely a business worth supporting!
We have two cars, one newish Mazda and a classic Jeep. They can fix, replace, repair both vehicles to keep us safe while on the roads. Brad Ward and his team have excellent and efficient customer service, their workshop is clean and safe with parking available.
So easy to deal with and great communication, I live in Australia and wanted to get my Mother in-laws car serviced, Brad and his team picked it up and dropped it off free of charge.

We are at 10A Moselle Ave, Henderson, Auckland 0610, a short drive from Henderson town centre and Westfield WestCity. We serve drivers across West Auckland including Te Atatu, Massey, Glen Eden, New Lynn, Ranui, Swanson and Titirangi.
Brad Ward Motors is an NZTA-authorised Warrant of Fitness provider and most WOF inspections in Henderson are done while you wait. If anything needs attention to pass, we explain it clearly and give you a quote before any work.
Our Henderson mechanics work on all makes and models, petrol and diesel, including European, Japanese, hybrid and electric vehicles. From a small hatchback to a work ute, we have the tools and diagnostic gear to look after it.
Yes, we are an MTA approved workshop with more than 35 years serving West Auckland. We back the parts we supply and fit with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Yes, courtesy cars are available on request and subject to availability. Just ask when you book so we can have one ready for you.
